There are many ways to eat dumplings, possibly the most popular is to cook up a batch and serve them with a dipping sauce, but you can also add them to soups, or eat them with salad and veg. Each box comes with cooking instructions and contains approximately 15 pieces.
"The only place to satisfy all your dumpling cravings, homemade in East Lothian. " Back in Estonia I grew up eating traditional Russian food, and that included plenty of pelmeni. To me a bowl of pelmeni is humble comfort food homemade by my mum. Looking to recreate the homemade taste here in Scotland I’ve been making my own pelmeni for my family and friends, and with their encouragement have recently launched Danny’s Dumplings to share it with all of you! All my dumplings are homemade with fillings and dough made from scratch. Some recipes are more traditional than others and I’m always thinking about new flavours to try. Where possible I use local suppliers from East Lothian, like Mungoswell flour and prawns from Port Seaton.
We recommend using the boiling technique to cook pelmeni. Serve with sour cream, parsley and dill or keep it simple with butter and black pepper.

Considered one of the national dishes of Georgia, Khinkali are meat filled dumplings shaped like money bags. Once the money bags are cooked, the juices in the meat filling form a delicious soup that you suck out before eating the dumpling whole.
Khinkali are a finger food and the topknot of the money bags are used as a holder and are not usually eaten.
Serve our Khinkali with sour cream dip or eat solo - your choice!
