Moored in Leith, Edinburgh, Pea Green Boat is a boutique Scottish bakery, crafting artisan savoury biscuits unlike any other. First opening their oven doors in 2011, today Pea Green Boat Cheese Sablés are sold by fine food retailers including Fortnum & Mason, the most famous of all food emporiums, and savoured by food-lovers across the UK and beyond. Pea Green Boat cheese sables have been baked to the same exacting recipe since 2010, and they will never compromise on the quality of their ingredients – using locally-sourced Mungoswells organic wheat flour, rich golden butter, and lots and lots of cheese.
Mouth-watering heaps of fine Italian parmesan and sharp Scottish cheddar have been perfectly balanced to create the quintessential cheese biscuit. Satisfying the most refined palates and insatiable cheese cravings in equal measure, with three delicious flavours to choose from.
