BUSINESS ADMINISTRATOR – permanent part-time post

East Fortune Farm

Monday – Thursday 9am – 3pm; Friday 9am – 12noon, occasional weekend work (27 hpw)

Salary will be in the region of £12- £14 ph based on experience.

We are currently looking for a strong administrator to support the Brand Family across all areas of their business, including the Farm Shop, Caravan Sites, Caravan Storage, Holiday Let and Farm. Applicants must have excellent organisational skills, and an ability to work without supervision. Experience of book-keeping, Human Resources and PAYE would be advantageous, as would experience of working in a hospitality or retail environment. Based in the office, the successful applicant will deal with all general enquiries, will be responsible for basic book-keeping, including all purchase invoices, reconciling accounts and shop takings / floats; producing monthly rotas for the shop staff, arranging monthly payroll, assisting with leave requests and other general administrative duties, health and safety issues and filing. This is a varied role that would suit someone who is good at multi- tasking and loves being busy!
